I ordered a quart of sharkhide for my new Benny 23ssbxp twin toon will this be enough to cover both pontoons ?

It should be enough. Make sure you clean the tubes with lacquer thinner before the sharkhide and do it before it hits the water. Also use cloth diapers if you can find then or something that is "lint free".

It should be. I think I went though about a can and almost a half doing three tubes inside and out with multiple coats. It's pretty thin stuff so it spreads out nicely. But, it sets up very quickly so don't do too much of an area at a time. Great stuff.

That should be enough. I've re-coated my toons and found a little bit of the Sharkhide goes a long way.
