Strakes and tying up or mooring

I'm wondering, since my new pontoon has strakes and they protrude out beyond the toons a bit, will this present any issues when tying up to other pontoons or other boats? I'll probably be using Taylor Made 8.5" X 26" fenders. Same question about tying up at docks. Thanks, Dan

They don't stick out past the outer edge of the toon.

Really! It must be an optical delusion as 'Skip Mahoney' may have said. We'll be seeing the boat and paying for it next Tuesday. So, it must also be even with the rub rail too then I guess. Thanks
