Tachometer function

I have a 2009, 2575rl with a tachometer that has a digital display window that shows fuel percent and trim.It has 2 function buttons,an M and T to change the readout,but I don't know if they are working correctly,or I'm not doing something right.When scrolling thru the mode button I see a lot of different options,such as hours,parameters,etc.,but can't seem to lock in on any,I just end up back at the fuel,trim display. I've owned the boat for almost a year and never really fooled with it until now.I like the idea of fuel percentage,and trim indicator when that works,which I've heard is a whole other issue on yamaha 225's.        Would greatly appreciate any guidance on this issue.     Thanks

I'm thinking those optional readouts are just not available with your set-up. I know on mine, I have several that appear but are not functional.

It's actually kind of annoying to see all the stuff I could have if it were set up differently.
