I've had my GL2275 for ten years. The first year, I got rid of the playpen cover and had custom seat covers made. Each spring, I've wash the covers, hung them on a clothesline to dry, then sprayed them with a water proofing product (303). Instead of spraying them while they're hanging on a line, is there any reason I can't put them on the seats and then spray? It would make waterproofing much simpler. Thanks all....

NO,NO,NO NO,,,,you don't want that stuff on your vinyl from what I think I've read. Someone else will chime in if I'm wrong.

+1 NO....NO....NO!

I thought about waterproofing the entire Sunbrella playpen cover while it was on the boat a few weeks ago. Then decided to just spread it out on the garage floor and do it. Then let it dry over night. Done!

If Stowaway decided to do it on the seats will the 303 leak through?!?

I could swear someone posted pictures of getting fabric guard on their seats... wasn't pretty but I can't find anything in my searches.

Thanks for the feedback, folks. Unanimous that I should not spray with coves on seats. Glad I asked!!
