Love our 2013 Bennington 2375 GCW Tritoon, but trying to figure out why we continuously have a large wet area on the carpet? It is located in the middle, towards the 2 rear lounge seats where the carpet meets the seagrass transition metal strip; no splashing water can get to this area.  Stays saturated for a couple of days.  Also, I looked under the boat and this particular area is wood and not sure why the metal stops 3/4 of the way back and does not go all the way back to cover this wood? Any thoughts?

Call your dealer. The under skinning should go all the way to the back of the boat.

My ESP has the skinning running from bow to stern.

+1 on what Carl said. Water is hitting your cross members in the unprotected area and working its way through the plywood floor and your carpet is like a sponge....

Thank you all....will definitely contact a local dealer and hopefully is covered under warranty.  We bought it used last year from an individual and he only used the boat on a very small lake with little current.  We use this boat on Pickwick Lake, TN, so can experience rough waters at times. Appreciate your help!

Hopefully your dealer can help you, but the warranty must be transferred at time of sale through a dealer. Not to say they may not work with you to solve, but just don't want you to get your expectations up only to find out it's not covered. Is it possible the skinning was done by the previous owner?

TRANSFERABLE WARRANTY

Bennington warranties are transferable through your local Bennington dealer adding to the resale value of your boat. The warranty period begins on the original owner's new boat purchase date. When the boat is sold, the same standard warranty coverage will carry over to the new owner. The Lifetime Structural Warranty is transferable to a second owner for the balance of 10 years from the original retail date of purchase.
