We have a Nest thermostat at home and at the lake house. It works on wifi only. If your wifi goes down, the thermostat maintains the last set temperature. When wifi comes back up, it logs itself back in. We've had the one at home for over a year and we love it.

Most of the lifts at our docks use the bunks that run parallel to the tubes and lift the boat by the deck. It would certainly seem that 4 12" lift points under each tube would be more than adequate. I don't believe my lift's frame is long enough (fore to aft) to accommodate a setup like that. If...
I went with the opposite of your most-voted color combination. I went with the matador red with black accent. Spend A Day had a model on display in those colors, and I really liked the look. I hope I have the same reaction when mine arrives!
FWIW, I spoke with the folks at my Bennington Dealer (Spend A Day on Indian Lake). They advised me to stick with supporting the deck with the lift. They said the engine/fuel weight on the center tube is not an issue, and that when supporting the boat under the tubes it's very important to...
