I searched the forum before posting this...not much good info out there. What brands are you guys running for underwater LED lights. I've heard bad things about Attawood. It's really hard to distinguish the difference in build quality for OceanLED (expensive) and AquaLeds (reasonably priced)...

My dad is a captain, after my wife and I purchased our boat he mentioned not to name it with the prefix "SS"...it stands for steam ship. Anything with an engine is "MV"(motorized vessel). Who knew the SS Minnow was named incorrectly?

I think I'm going to take the suggestion of doing everything myself and asking for help if needed. As far as the dent...I'll probably have it removed at the end of the season. Don't want to call the PDR guy out more than once a year.

Got my first fencing dent yesterday. Had a buddy pull up my anchor and he let it smack against the boat. I got most of it out; but it will never be perfect again. I guess it's the first of many things to come, but still a little sickening.

My storage areas only accumulte water if I'm spraying the seats with a hose. Rain doesn't seem to cause any issues.

Bringing back this post. As a new Bennington owner I would really like to see what accessories you have and the price. Not having a list of Bennington accessories is defintely driving me to the aftermarket suppliers.

What is the next investment you're making on your boats? I saw a Bennington at the lake this weekend with a Yeti Cooler mounted on the back deck (left side of the engine). Looked pretty awesome and keeps the beer/hydration out of the main cabin areas...pretty sure it's my next move. Yes, I do...

I think the problem may be my tounge weight. How can I make it heavier? Maybe throw a storage bin with a bunch of weight on the front of the trailer?

How fast can you guys pull your boats before feeling uneasy? I have a 2010 Ram 1500 with a Hemi;the truck has no problem pulling at highway speeds, but the trailer starts drifting back and forth at about 60mph. Defintely not fun considering a lot of the highways in Texas have gone to 75mph...
