Well friends, she finally arrived:
My old 2001 GMC Sierra pulled it no problem, which I was a tad worried about.
We had a few issues, of course:
Gas gauge wasn't connected - fixed
Trim gauge wasn't working properly - fixed
Missing a drainage hose beneath the helm - fixed
The big one though...
We selected this option on my incoming 23 LSB. We picked it based on the pros you listed here. I'll give you the real life rundown once its in possession!

Yeah its an option these days on the LSB. Listed as 'Center Tube Fuel Tank (SPS) (Port Fill)'. Ups the amount to 46 gallons.
I didn't do it on ours but hopefully the F200 doesn't drink as fast as the v6 verado :)
I would recommend the increased fuel capacity. Just from what I've read, the 32 gallons can be a little small with the V6 verado. All depends on how easily accessible fuel is on your lake. I'm sure vikingstaff can comment on this as well.
