Follow-up: Adding this info in case somebody else needs to solve the same issue. I ended up ordering "Deutsch DT 6-pin Pigtail Kit" and a Faria fuel level gauge from Amazon. Used the socket connector from the pigtail kit, 3 crimp on ring terminals, and one 0.25 female spade connector. Easy job...

There shouldn't any reason why it couldn't be used in both.

As a data point, I have a 14x11 on my T50 and RPMs are 6000 at WOT. Speed is about 16-18mph. Also, I've removed the restrictor plate in my T50, which is supposedly the only difference between the T50 and T60.
