Matte black wasn't an option when we bought. I see them on our lake though. They look really good. I've seen it paired with mostly shiny black and matte accents and matte black with matte red accents. Both look really good.
A lot of the boats our dealer is bringing have black seats. They look...
We wrap and leave outside, but I take everything out of the boat except the anchor and one life jacket in case I'm pulled over on the way to the ramp! We also use a ton of dryer sheets in each seat, under the helm. Not sure if it really works, but we haven't had any issues with mice so far.
I like the idea of a quick cover. We cover our boat every night. But I feel the clip cover can be tossed on pretty quickly. If no rain is predicted I'll just snap the corners only and not put the poles up. Full snap and poles if the weather is sketchy or when we're away for several days. There...
If the motor is on the water from overseas I'd wait. It isn't taking too much longer to unload ships from overseas. If your boat is 5 hours away it doesn't sound like you'll be missing too much time on it. Maybe you spend weeks at a time there, I'm not sure. But at this point, I'd wait.
I like...
At first glance I like it, but then after thinking about the functionality I'm not sure I do. We do not have a swingback. One of the reasons we passed on swingback was that it felt very caged with the door directly behind the driver's seat. This design would make the boat feel more open, but not...
I think it's awesome they are making custom changes to accommodate your needs. I wonder how many boat manufacturers would do this. I'm proud to be part of the family that does this. Enjoy the boat!
I've kicked this idea around too. But I'm a little nervous about driving the kids and dogs around with 14 gallons of gas in the van! Plus our slip is side by side, no dock between us and the other boat. My fuel cap is between the boats. So now I'm rolling the can onto the boat and hoping it...
Certainly couldn't hurt. Some boats on our lake use two anchors on windy days. I kicked around a second myself. We use a mushroom and found if we let out more line we won't spin or drift.
