vinyl floor

The vinyl flooring on my 2016 Bennington is turning tan to orange in spots. This will not come off. There are multiple places this is happening. There has been no abuse or anything spilled on the floor. Is this a problem that the warranty would cover? what should I do?

Trying to make decisions about products: Since the flooring we have is "vinyl" do you think the 303 Fabric and Vinyl Cleaner would work well on the floor for the more stubborn dirt, as well as for the upholstery for cleaning? OR, should I get yet another product something like this Star Brite...
