Another welcome to the forum. I'm also down river from Norris Lake--about 170 miles west of Chattanooga @ Muscle Shoals.

Norris Lake is an especially beautiful place when water is up to Summer levels. And the dam is something special @ some 265 feet high. You don't have to worry about ruining your prop in much of this lake in shallow water.

If anyone is looking for a good vacation place to trailer your Bennington to, this is it.
