Is anyone having this issue with their clear screen on the head unit and did you fix it?

See your dealer, warranty.

Thanks Jack, I will bring it up when I do my winter prep. My dealer charges $40 dollars to determine if the item is a warranty issue or not. I have no idea what would cause this type of separation.

Unfortunately it is all under the clear plastic not on top.

It would be great if it was just the clear protective wrap.

FWIW: My dealer does not charge to determine if an item is warranty or not. Have you pushed back on that as I do not believe this is normal.

Frankly, the dealership can file a pretty simple warranty claim by looking at it your problem visually and quickly to verify that the issue you are describing (and have in your pic) is in fact happening. That and a picture sent in as a warranty claim requires should be enough. This should NOT require any diagnostic fee on your part for that warranty process to be initiated.

That looks like the protective plastic that is removed after installation. I see air bubbles on your screen.
That is exactly how it looks to me too. Looks like the peal off plastic was left on, heated up, melted and bubbled a bit. But if in fact the actual screen itself, or under the screen itself, that should be an easy head unit warranty replacement.
