Did you get lifting strakes on all 3 tubes or just the center tube if so are they on both side of the outside tubes or just on the inside of the outside tubes. Could you tell me what you ordered below deck in edition to your express package.

they are on all three tubes two on each tube.

are they sealed or open. Also do they cause water spray back into the boat

they don't cause water to spray in to the boat it sprays a lot past the motor. the express pak. works better in rough water it up higher at slow speeds and it plans quicker with more people in the boat.I think it works great. the strakes are open
