2575 FS question about FS

I know this sounds stupid but what does the Fs stand for.I thought it stood for fishing boat but the boat I am looking at doesn't have a live well

Also this is a 25 ft pontoon and it only has a 90hp outboard.I thought this size came with a 115hp. Thanks Jimbo

It has 2 chairs mounter outside and 2 pontoons,but the owner says no live well, which has me confused

Maybe the owner doesn't know it has a livewell, or it was ordered without one.
