Son attached the battery cables backwards and blew a few fuses. Replaced the fuses but the stereo wont turn on. I checked the voltage going to the constant and Acc wire and both have roughly 2.3V. Anything else I can troubleshoot? The fuse on the yellow wire blows/burns as soon as I turn the accessory switch power on. Thanks in advance!

Trace the wiring, sounds like short to ground if it blowing fuse immediately.
