I have 2018 23RSB pontoon with the arch. When the Bimini is in the up position it pulls the Bimini out of the rubber gasket along the arch. Has anyone experienced this? If yes, how do I fix this?

If I am understanding the problem correctly; is your Bimini stretched so tight it is pulling it out? If so might need to make some adjustments on the frame

I’m unclear as to ‘what’ can be adjusted. Any ideas?

This exact same issue is happening with my new Q27x2. It appears to be an issue at both corners of the arch. When they bend the rubber to go around those corners, the slot in the rubber opens up and will not hold the edge of the cover properly. It very easily pulls out of the rubber slot. It has nothing to do with too much tension on the cover.

I have a great dealer and am working with them on it who has already forwarded my pics and concerns to Bennington. In my opinion the only fix is replacing the rubber molding and add relief cuts to the moulding in the corners. Anyone else having this issue. Pics below…

On our third boat with an arch and this set up. Our 2015 Q started to do this just before we traded it in, I took a pair of pliers and lightly pinched the molding where this was happening and put the bimini back in and it didn't happen again for the short time we owned the boat after that.

Has anyone found a fix for this problem? I’d replace the piece around the arch but do not know where I’d buy it; nor can I see how that piece can be removed/replaced.

It's screwed in with screws through the center of the track every so many inches.
