Complaint about Bennington dealer who is Evinrude dealer

If I have a complaint about an unresponsive Bennington dealer who is an Evinrude dealer (an Evinrude is on the Bennington I bought last September), would Bennington and/or Evinrude care? The dealer is unresponsive to my emails to two different people at the dealership. How should I best approach this.

Well, Bob, that's a pretty vague post you put up, are you having trouble with the boat or the motor?

Have you called the dealer directly, and made an appointment to get your boat serviced?

I guess without knowing what your troubles are, it's hard to give you any direction, so tell us more about what's going on.

Have you communicated through email with them before? I would pick up the phone and call them or just stop by before I start shooting off complaints.
 
Bob,

I would recommend a phone call or visit to the dealer to try to resolve any issues. Then you will know if there is a problem with your dealer. A bit old fashioned in this technology age but quite effective.
