I had to go to San Antonio on business, and while there took the River Walk cruise. What a beautiful place!!! Had very little free time but I’d highly recommend you visit if possible. I definitely want to go back with the wife

Beautiful place with lots of history. Hope they treated you well.

KP and I went to San Antonio for a couple of weeks about 3 years ago. Had a great time and also couldn't believe how pretty the city was. If you like history make sure you visit the missions

Looks great. My wife has been down there for business, but none of the rest of us have been.

Coincidentally, our daughter last weekend was “planning vacations” for fun. Out of the blue, our 13 year old daughter planned out a San Antonio trip for us because it popped up on the internet as a great river walk area with lots of history.

I spent 5 months in SanAntonio for work in 2006 and loved it. River walk is great.

No life jackets on those riverboats. The river is controlled and only 18 inches (or so) deep!

We enjoyed our family trip to San Antonio several years ago. The Alamo and the river walk were great. If planning a trip plan to see the river walk at night.

Had a brother in law stationed there and my daughter went there for Air Force basic training at Lackland AFB. The Riverwalk, the Alamo, Fiesta Texas and Tower of America's were our favorite spots. Nice area! Brutally hot in the summer. When my daughter graduated airmen we're falling out from the heat........
