I'm having a Prostatectomy on June 8th for cancer that was found during a biopsy last month. Should only be in the hospital for 1 day if all goes well. The sucky part is the recovery period.
Good luck Carl. I've been there done that. The wait after is about 2 weeks The bag comes off in a week. Then your good to go, slowly yes but go. I'm going in for knee replacement June 23, That's 7years and 51 weeks since my last one. It'll be tough getting around for 6 weeks but I hope to be boating again before the end of July.
Thanks for keeping us in the loop, it really is like an extra family on here. I'm not sure who the "one Uncle" would be that always had a good dirty joke or a pellet gun hiding in the truck! With this crew, there may be a few!! Take care of yourself, thoughts are with you buddy!
