There must be a dealer on here near you that can help?
 
Have you contacted them recently? This time of year some dealers may be wanting to order parts with spring boat deliveries as it helps with keeping shipping costs down, which in turn hopefully saves you money. I would give the dealer another chance, but you have to make it clear if you are willing to eat high shipping costs as I'm sure it's going to very expensive to ship a seat by itself.
