How can I repair/replace the hinged cover on back storage compartment? Screws pulled out of base.

The hinged lay out cushioned pad on the back of my pontoon boat has pulled out the screws from the base. How can I replace/ repair?

What year, model etc.? I had birds eat the door on the changing room and bought a new one from the dealer.

What year ? Under warranty ? Wood can be filled in ,screws reinstalled
