How does a member update their "Location" for display?

We're new to posting in the forums, and we can't tell how some folks have updated their "Location" to display when they post. We've tried searching for the answer, but it is a fairly popular word for people to use.

Thanks for any help!
 
Try to access your profile, easy as hitting your picture, then edit profile and you should be able to update your location,

If you are referring to posting it in your signature.

Click on your name in the upper right corner ,my settings ,left column click on your signature. Fill out the info you would like to use

I can't get a picture in the profile Tried and tried to reduce MB of pictures I have and post one. the best I've done is to get an x in the box. Very embarrassing. Every time I put a picture in the exchange tells me too big. Can't use a phone picture no cable to transfer to computer. HELP! 
 
Are you trying to use a pic  from your gallery ?

I loaded a pic into my gallery then up dated my profile choosing the pic from the gallery .
 
highpond, First see of your if your computer already has a picture resizer; go to the picture that you want to upload.  Highlight it but do not open it.  Rick click and when the dialogue box opens look for "picture resizer'  If you see that highlight and click.  Select the size you want and you're done.  
 
If you don't have a picture resizer then here is a decent one that you can download: http://imageresizer.codeplex.com/
 
Email the pic from your phone to your computer and then resize it.
 
If you can get to the internet with your phone ,you should be able to access the Club Bennington site and load the pic from there .

couldn't get a picture into  my profile.
 
How did you resolve it ? ( in-case anyone else has the problem )  I know you had been having some problems with posting one .
 
I took a picture that I had put in the gallery sent it to my pictures the back to the profile. Long way around but it worked
