I have a couple minor scratches on one of my toons. One is about 5 inches long, and just deep enough to be visible. How concerned should I be? How bad does a scratch have to be before the toon needs to be replaced?

IMHO, if the toon is not leaking then you are ok. We have a deep gouge into the toon on our other boat that has been there for 10 years. It is cosmetic. If punctured it could be welded.

According to the build page your tubes are 0.080 thick .How deep is the scratch ?

Not deep at all, more like a scratch you might get on your car.

Yup, I have a good deep scratch on one of my toons, I'm not concerned about it.
