I would be seriously guilty of this.

My worst lie? I told my wife the exhaust manifolds on my Donzi cracked during the winter so I had to buy performance aluminum/stainless replacements. Yes, I know where I am going.....

You?

After that she hands you the keys to your "new house"

Nothing gets past my wife. Going without the parts would be more enjoyable than hearing her remind me every year that I screwed something up.

Lets see .....

1. This camera has more megabytes

2. This computer has more Gigabytes

3. This car has more hp

4. This Jeep has bigger tires

5. This gun has more accuracy

6. This boat has rear recliners ............  :D

I told her my 06 AWD 6.0 Gmc Denali might struggle struggle pulling the Benny. So I bought a new truck...

I hope to god she doesn't invent an audiotape system to share her techniques with other wives. I perish the thought. We can't have them catching on to us!

Well played! After all, 6 liters can't handle much. Astute.

I'm taking one for the team. With that said, can someone start a gofundme so I can take my trolling motor mount conception to reality? I only need about a grand. That's just a small donation that will ensure you guys keep getting your parts, I and continue keeping her occupied dealing with me so she cannot spread the word to other wives!

Thanks Jack. I couldn't remember what it was called. Might be worth a shot. I think if my idea worked (Which it will) it would be a factory option going forward on all pontoon brands.

You're absolutely right! Just think how small a 2 liter coke bottle is.   B)

After we got married, my wife agreed to take over the finances; paying bills, balancing the checkbook, keeping the books for the business and filing the taxes. Heck, she even pays the bill when we go out for dinner!

Needless to say, if I buy something she'll know about it one way or another. That said, she's never really given me a hard time about a purchase. I was her idea to buy the Benny...

Jack, so what do you think of the steakager??

Very happy with it . When I purchased about a year ago they were under $200 . There are many updates to them now . I just did a whole beef tenderloin for 12 days .I have also done Whole rib eyes bone in and boneless ,and a strip .Not counting the tenderloin .The 42 day bone in Rib eye was the best .

Yup, already checked them out. So, the aging time depends on the cut? Do you use choice or prime? What kind of a hassle is it to trim the crust?

I use what ever I can get here ,not a large selection of meats .

I did find that it is easier to cut into steaks then trim .I have saved all of the trimmings so far ,I am going to do some burgers and  some kind of soup .

Topic hijackers! ;-)

What is the topic ?

Looks like spending money .
