Funny thing is, the toon brand we came from (Apex) has this as an option and now make a PEDDLE PONTOON !!

It would probably be a good option for our lake, other than having to charge the batteries. These pedal power are not a replacement for a Benni, but great for a very tiny lake or pond.

And you guys think my toon is slow??? I'd hate to have to peddle that thing in a 10-20 mph headwind.

They have the electric option ,along with a solar charger 
 
Probably can't use the solar panel above 3mph!
 
With my luck, batteries would die on a cloudy day.
 
I did pick up a hard copy of the brochure at my dealer yesterday .
