Just got a “used” loan on my Solstice @ 3.49% ..... I think our boat was in the low 4’s (?)...... rates are so low right now, I’ll let my nest egg where it’s at.

I second that. Of course, I'm building a 40x50 shop to make sure nothing comes close to bumping the boat.
Plus, my truck got kicked out of the garage when I bought my wife a '81 Jeep Renegade for her 50th. A HELOC is great so long as you are going to pay it off prior to the 10 year term. I'm planning on 4 so I can turn my attention to a lake house.
