Well we started the process of redoing the entire interior on our 2012 2575 QCW
Our boat has 1800+ Hrs & slowly but surely the Interior has started to fail. So we pulled the trigger and started on it. I liked the Look of The stock interior but at the same time I wanted to Update the look. With that said I didn’t wanna do some color combo or pattern I regret. So we decided to just update or change “the Accent color” Our stock Interior was “Fawn” & the Accent color was a Light tan with ostrich pattern. I Will post a picture below of what the stock interior looked like when it was NEW in 2012

Here are the Reupholstered rear loungers. The accent color is a Dark Brown with Double stitch Diamond Pattern. I’m super happy with the quality of the New Vinyl. It’s a product from Soft Side Marine. And it feels a bit thicker more sturdy then the stock Vinyl

Here is an example of an interior that gave me some inspiration. I’m gonna do my captions chair in the same way.

I really like your change up with the ascent color being darker. It really pops. Gives it a “luxury bold” look IMHO. Looking forward to pictures of the finished project once it has all been completed.

Benny Boat, that’s your Interior?? Thanks for posting pictures. I had no Idea that was ur boat. I looked around & googled some pics of bennington interiors. I am also doing some small dark accent pieces that will be on the sides of the “Flip up” back rests just like on your boat.

So funny! Yeah that’s our 2022LX26. We do get a lot of compliments on how the interior colors just “Pop!” Just put it away for the season on Saturday

Well I have been busy installing the New interior. I’m pretty happy with what I got. I say pretty happy cause it’s hard for any guy working out of a garage to live up to the quality Bennington spits out. I’m sure their skins are made on a computer so they are pretty good. My New upholstery guy was working with the deck stacked against him. I will explain some of the seats I had already had “redone” and the guy that did them did a crappy job so when my new upholstery guy had crappy templates from my last upholstery guy to deal with. Not an Earth ending deal but it does make it harder for the next guy.

So over all I’m happy with the quality. And I’m using a factory bennington interior as a base line. That bar is pretty high. So with that said I wanted some MODS done to my interior One of them was. I wanted a hole in the back of one of my seats that gave me access to the Garbage can. Think of it like a doggie door but just “to the garbage” I told my upholstery guy that I would come and cut the whole. He said hey no problem I’ll handle it for you! Well I should have been more pushy. What I got did not live up to my “ High expectations”

The Hole was not symmetrical, and did not look right so I took the upholstery apart and started to fix. This is the hole I had to straighten out

Now that I had a nice symmetrical hole, I started to make the insert
