Kind of a proud dad moment. My son (he's 21 years old) decided it was time to move away from his clean 2003 s10 crew cab with 75K miles which he's had to fix a few mechanical issues as of late and into a bigger truck that suits his needs.
Funny how his criteria was it had to be red and had to be a long bed. We have been looking for a month and all of sudden our local dealer got this one on trade last week. What's the chance they get one on the lot that matches what he wants? Maybe I need to play the lotto
He did the credit app on his own and negotiated the price with the salesman on his own (although it helps when you dating the salesman's daughter). HAHHAHAHA
He picks it up Monday. Got a great price and very good loan rate (6%) for a young kid.
2016 GMC Canyon Crew cab long bed Z71 (or GMC's version is called All Terrain). Body is 100% mint. Now for the fun part of selling the s10 and adding accessories to the Canyon.

That is a nice looking Z51 and a great color.
I had a 2015 Z51 that you’d have a hard time telling the difference from my Z06.
It was also all black and an 7M too.
I was going to modify my Z51, but decided to go to the Z06 in2019 instead.

As we get old and cranky, luxury has become our hobby - upgraded our 22 year old 24' Lake Trailer to something a "tad" bigger - a 43' 5th Wheel 2bd; 2ba; 1,200watts "super solar" system - nope, not towing this around!: 30% off at the show - on a custom order (added dual pane windows and Super Solar)

Yes - first convertible. Got it out yesterday in the nice weather, top down…just wonderful!!! We love it!
