Problem Posting Photos

I used to be able to post photos with no problems. Now I get an error message saying file is too big for server. When I reduce the size of the picture it turns it into a download.
Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

I just tested and seemed to work for me. Logout. Clear your cache/cookies, log back in. See if that changes anything.
