Re-upholstery.

Hello we are new here.
I hit a tree on my 2018 Bennington Pontoon boat. It damaged the back rest port side of the bench lounger and a small section of the aft rail. I’ve tried reaching out to the dealer for the fabric , color and manufacture of both damaged pieces. They want to sell me the entire side of the rail and skin wrap which both are very expensive. I have someone who is top notch welder that could fix the aft rail. I am a retired inspection welder and very impressed with the quality of Benningtons welding. My guy could do it. Also I am having someone do the upholstery work (yellow highlight in photo). I just need advice on how to get the OEM parts that greatskipper can’t help me out with and the dealer being unresponsive. I’ve contacted Bennington in Elkhart IN which has been somewhat helpful. Still waiting for answers. Do you have any suggestions?

2018 , it should be Simtex fabric

You're Welcome . Bennington would know for sure ,but you mentioned you already spoke to them .

In those photos that looks nothing like Simtex to me. Either way, just cut a piece and send it to the company or place you plan to order from for accurate color and product matching.

I thought by 2018 it was all Semtex, but I kinda agree with Nautical here. Always hard to tell in pictures, but both the design and the material looks like the previous style marine vinyl before they switched to Semtex. Are you the original owner? Any chance it was a special order non-Semtex?

No not the original owner. There is a flyer in the paperwork that says surlast but I am not sure if that’s for the Bimini.

Looks like soft touch vinyl to me. What model boat? I believe it’s Affluence that was available in 2018.
