Replacing Boat Seats

Hello! I need to reupholster my 2575 RCW I/O. Can anyone tell me how to take the seats out??? Is there an easy way to do this? Saves me about 1k if I do myself! And boat won’t fit at upholstery place! Go figure.

Typically there’s screws in the bottoms of the bases and screws into the backs through the rails. Disconnect any wiring to any speakers and lights also.
