Stern Access panel on 2018 RSB 25

All,
Noticed this panel coming loose next to the ladder. Just hanging by one screw. Conceals two cables leading to engine. Any advice on how to secure better? There are other pilot holes further toward the bow

as you can see I had the exact same issue on my 25GSB. Dealer fixed it under warranty with rivets But I had it held up with zip ties for almost a year
