Traded My 2022 Bennington

So how about a few details Palm Valley. What model did you trade for and how is it powered? Always want to hear about how the newer models are equipped.

I kind of went down on the model I just got a new 2026 / 22S. My other boat was a 2022 SRX I believe was the model.

My new boat has the same power as my 2022 did with a Yamaha F150 but the new boat had a few options I liked better than my old boat such as the double Bimini tops and I like the seats having built in cup holders and a place to put your phone so they don't slide around. It also has a built in phone charger at the helm and a glove box in front of the driver. At the expense of a few inches off of the length of the seats it has bigger front and rear entry doors.

It has a subwoofer on the new boat so the music is better and they've done something with the steering that's better than the old system. It has a bigger Garmin 5" Chart plotter than on my 2022.

The cover on the new boat actually comes down far enough to cover the carpet on the front as well as the back of the boat. My old cover didn't do this and the Florida sun made me pay for that lack of coverage. There's snaps on the side of the boat to hold down the longer cover which is great for me. Under one of the seats there is a "dry bag" for anything you want to keep dry while you're cruising.

The last thing I can think of was my dealer only puts his Bennington's on aluminum trailers and down here in Florida I like that a lot.
 
Sounds nice. I went to a double Bimini on my own, replacing the sport top it came with. The phone action sounds good. Had to add those upgrades my self on my 2014. Hoping the 150hp serves you well. No matter the model, they’re nice rides.
