Under Deck Wave Shield

Our 2007 has the 1st 2 feet uncovered. I have 3 logs so there's not much deck showing. And any time I've looked at it while we've been out, it's been dry.

I would like to see a video similar to the one I posted in the Technical section showing a tri-toon at speed. With the two log hull there's a lot of water splashing up into the first two feet of decking. Maybe it's not so much of an issue with a third pontoon.

I think you will find it even worse with a tritoon. The water doesn't have any where to go, so it goes up. Mine shoots water out the back like a fire hydrant. I would not own a toon without a waive shield!

So many of the boats with shielding also have lifting strakes. I don't think splashing and water flow is an issue when you trim the nosecones out of the water.
