#1 My friend is planning to buy a new pontoon boat-when are the better deals; at the annual boat shows in January or now while dealers are trying to close out 2018 inventory? #2 He is considering the Yamaha 150 HP 4 stroke or the Merc VTech 150. (Freshwater river application)

Great - I already have one of those and it can blow up some of the smaller inflatables as well.

Hi I am new to boating and bought my first pontoon in May. I’m having a blast. I do get concerned that I’m going to wear down the battery when we anchor and listen to music etc. Should I install a second full battery? Has anyone seen or can Marinas offer smaller auxiliary batteries that would...
