Thanks for the info. I too ordered the 40Amp fuse. I am planning on using position 2 on the safety hub. For the negative ground I am going to use the 3rd in used bolt & nut attachment location on the hub bus bar. See attached pic. Does this sound correct Based on your hook up?

Thank you Major K. How did you do your wiring to power and ground. I am planning on using safety hub and tie into position #2 on the hub which is labeled “Kicker Amplifier 40amp” for positive and tie into the safety ground bar for my negative ground. Has anyone Done it this way?

Thanks. Unfortunately I don’t have speakers in the rear where I will mount the sub. That is why I need to run an RCA cable to the helm. I also plan to use the safety hub using position 2 and place a 30 or 40amp fuse in that spot. Seems like that is what the safety hub is for???

Decided to put one of these suds in. I have a GSR layout and am going to place the sub in the seat back close to the battery location. Problem is I don’t have rear speaker in the seats back where the battery is located. Looks like I will need to route an RCA cable under the decking to the helm...

So i have my boat at my dealer for a Yamaha warranty issue and was thinking of having a the dealer install a 10” sub and Kicker amp. What can I expect to pay for for such a set up with a complete dealer install. Currently I have the Bennington installed Kicker K10 with the upgraded speakers

need some advice. Want to do a deep clean and shine on my pontoon rails and panels. The blackout on the rails and trim is looking real hazy and is in needed of some cleaning, protectant and shine. Does anyone out there have any advice on products to do the job and keep it closer to showroom shine.

What cleaner for the outside panel’s and how about a good quality wax for the panels and black out framing.

so what is the basic physics around raising the motor up? this will generate more RPM's? is the boat usually rigged by the dealer with the motor all the way down? has anyone out there with a similar Yamaha 200hp 2.8L and eplictal ESP pkg raised the motor up with positive results?

Update and correction. i downloaded speed box app used it today and the speed was exact to the GPS speedometer on the boat. So that was great. turns out I was mistaken on the prop size.  It's actually a SDS Reliance 14 1/2 x 15. i ran the boat today with only myself on it and was able...
