Fairly low hours for a 2012. Best way to determine is look at all of the following:
Nada http://www.boats.com/nada-guides/
See what a new one would cost
Look at used Benningtons ie http://www.boattrader.com/
Personally I think that is a pretty good price
I have a 2012 2575QCW with a 250 Yamaha and have found it to be plenty of power for tubing, skiing, wake boarding and just cruising. Top speed is 42mph and I usually cruise at 25 to 30. I am very happy with the boat. As to price, check online comparisons that may also be for sale.

I know the QCW is a luxury boat but I thought that the price was pretty high. We have a 2275GCW that we bought new in 2012 and paid $39,000. Granted it has a 150 Yamaha but it is a beautiful boat and only has 124 hours on it. It gets up on a plane and will get up to 39 MPH. Hard to believe that this QCW would be able to get $13,000 more today than mine did brand new 6 years ago. I would look to a dealer and see what a new QCW costs and go from there.
