2275 gcw on the way!

Just checking in with you guys.I should receive new boat around middle of March. 2275 gcw,esp,250 Yamaha ,doule bimini top, elevated helm, garmin gps, fresh water system, filler cushion, and center storage. It is hard to sit and wait!

In late December 2012, I was told by my dealer and they told me factory confirmed that a double Bimini top was unavailable on a 2013 2275 GCW.

Will Team Bennington please respond here?

Sorry Booboo, rail shape and length doesn't allow for a double bimini on this model.

I thought that was the case but was confused by post from "gudtyme", where he writes that he was expecting a 2275 GCW with double Biminis.

I have not talk to dealer about it. When I go to pick it up I will let you know. The dealer has never said it was unavailable so I have no idea how they plan on furnishing it.

Looking at 2012 2275 GCW bow gate seat, 52 in pylon, sony upgrage, steering wheel upgrade, stainless steel swim ladder, merc 115, with trailer and tax an title, 33k
New or used? What size pontoons? Waiting for the same boat with the 32" elipticals and lifting strakes along with vinyl deck. Because I'm using it in saltwater, I am getting it bottom painted also. No trailer but paying less than 30k. good luck.

Bob G,

Picked up boat today. The double Bimini was back ordered. Accord to dealer, sales rep (which is friend of mine),said they are redesigning a front Bimini for this boat. The impression I got is it is more of a extension than a completely separate top. I was told it could be three ,four weeks before they come put it on.

Ours is due for pick up April 6. We ordered the 2375, bronze with graphite, pillow top, esp, yamaha 200 SHO, double bimini with camper enclosure, and so much more. The only problem we have here in Southern California is finding a place to go. So many lakes here are "no touch". hard to pontoon without letting the grandkids jump off. Its all part of the big plan to retire some where with our own dock.

What the heck is a "no touch" lake? I've never heard of that around here.

You can count on me to never worry about making a stupid comment or asking the stupid question! Haha

Yup, and I'm #3. Maybe they don't let you swim so you don't "pee" in the lake (like the fish do).

Yeah, someone should tell that to the geese in our lake, since they are known to be the biggest polluters of all.

Sooooo, my good friend Google tells me "no touch" is either a strip club, a special car wash, or it means you can't actually swim in the lakes. Don't ask me why though.

I only see one out of the three listed that is a good thing...

I'm just baffled at how they enforce that rule, the lake one, believe me I KNOW the other one!!! Apparently "But it's my BIRTHDAY!" has no privileges in that situation! Haha jk
