It takes some to impress me and over the years I have found after you buy it's good by. Bennington and you Mandy Hall, make me happy I bought a Bennington. My issue was minor. You're response was immediate, to the point and most appreciated. You get my vote for customer service!

All a consumer wants is a little consideration and effort. Thanks again

I love it when people pass on good experiences. I have often surprised people, like a sales clerk, or a phone rep, by asking for their supervisor, then telling the supervisor how good a job that person did. I think it's MORE important to praise than to criticize. Well done Pack!!
