Honoring my most influential professional mentor

I'm sorry to be so sappy tonight. My most influential professional mentor, Tony Maran, passed this week. Dictionary.com says a mentor is:

1. a wise and trusted counselor or teacher.

2. an influential senior sponsor or supporter.

Tony was all of the above and a friend (since 1975), too.
