I was originally looking to buy one with the ESP but my budget didn't allow that one so my dealer had a new 2013 with the express tube design and a 150. Hoping I don't regret not ponying up the extra coin for the ESP.

Think you will be pleasantly surprised at how well the ellipticals perform

Put 2 hours on it so far. Cruises nicely at 3500 rpm and 19 mph. Haven't opened it up yet but expect 35 or so. Already looking at stainless props to increase the cursing speed just a bit.

A  boat with a 150 hp motor ought to come standard with a Reliance stainless steel propeller.  My Express Tubes on the 24SSLX takes a 15 pitch propeller with the engine in the second notch--3/4" above the transom.

My dealer was great on preparation, etc.  But I didn't like spending that kind of money only to have 5 gallons of gasoline in the tank--and a Acme brand small trolling motor battery.  Then, he tried to sell me a bunch of expensive ropes.  I was ahead of him and came with my own ropes.  That activity is just kind of chincy.
