I just upgraded my prop... Same size as the old one.... 17" on a 250hp. Wot was right around 38mph. I am having the toons power washed to see if I can get over the 40mph.

38 mph at what RPM? And what motor?

I have the Mercury verado 250hp
I was right around 5800 to 6000 rpm with a trim of 2. I will find out this weekend if having it cleaned changed anything. It was in the water for almost three months before my lift was installed.

If it's been in the water that long, I'm sure you'll se a huge improvement.

I am down at least 10 mph after being in the water 2 months.

I lost that much in Indian lake in 2 weeks 3 years ago.

So after the power wash and prop change I was able to get it up to 42mph. With a 1/2 of tank and two adults. Man I love This boat.

That sounds better, the 25 is a big machine.
