New Boat Owner, anything I should do prior to my first voyage?

Is 303 good to put on the outboard plastic motor cover?

I like washing the salt water residue off with fresh water when I put the boat on the lift. Then spray with Turtle Wax Wash And Dry around the entire exterior of the boat and dry with terry cloths, even the outboard. I've been using this on my cars and trucks also. I never wax anymore!

This is not a debate, sharkhide WILL keep your toons looking good and make them so much easier to clean.  All I needed at the end of the season was soap and water and they were shining like new.  Dirty toons slow your boat down, and honesty look like crap.

Because everybody here suggests Sharkhide and 303, I chose to do neither.

I do have an assortment of these products to use depending on the situation.

I also rinse my mooring cover in the tears of a baby unicorn, but only 5 times a week, nothing excessive.

I love Boat Bling products.
