I want to replace my garmin 95 with with another fish finder that will work on the existing transducer.Don't need a gps, just a simple fishfinder, maybe with color.Anyone done this?

Hopefully, you can go on to Garmin's website for info.

Best bet would to be to call Garmin. They are very helpfull.

I wanted to replace the Garmin 100 with something a little nicer as well. The black & white screen just doesn't look elegant or modern. I'm going with the Garmin 301c. It's the exact same shape as the 100 so no cutting into the dash, and it uses the same transducer.

curtis, you dont have to settle for what fits exactly, I upgraded to the 531s and had my dealer flush mount it.  Others more talented such as CWag did it himself and I belive you can see pictures of it in his gallery

Thanks for the input guys.Curtis, I was looking at the 301c myself. I don't need anything fancy, just depth. Looks like I just need the 6 to 4 pin adapter cable,is that correct? I also plan on covering the original mount area with a piece of starboard and using a ram mount to position it a little better.
