I have the exact full Aquateak deck in mine. Delivery on April 27th. Was it ever determined what caused your problem. Was it on the deck seams? Did anyone mention that they've seen this happen on other decks? Did it seem to happen overnight or gradually? This forum is great but it can make you a little crazy sometimes. Thanks for your input.
We have the same Aquateak flooring. The issue is related to the fact that there is no flex in this hard flooring, so when there's a slight adjustment in the wood underneath, the Aquateak may bubble up a bit but won't go back down. We had a complete replacement by the manufacturer with a different type of flooring. We were told the manufacturer is no longer making this floor. Be sure to inspect your boat completely when you get it back as things may not be as they were when you saw it last.
