Yep, lots of snowbirds.  That cove is down at the south end south of Three Dunes on the AZ side.  I nicknamed it "Dropoff Cove" because it drops off very steep and deep about 30' from shore.  Great little cove for pontoons, not so much for V bottoms.

Wife and I were going to do the SNOWBIRD thing in SW Florida 

With Grandchild on the way 

We will be BABYSITTING for at least the next 10 years 

Getting out of the snow would be nice (lol)
