Yeah, wont be doing extreme pressure, just enough to clean it. I have done many many fiberglass boats with bottom paint before with good results, but they were all fresh water, no barnacles, just slim. Thought process is the paint should be preventing growth from sticking, and it should wash...
Hello all. I keep my benny in salt water here on the gulf coast of Florida. It has been bottom painted, back in November, I want to pull it from the water and clean it this week. I have pressure washed painted boats before, but from fresh water with no barnacles. I have some small ones on...
Do you guys get barnacles on them? I keep mine in the water here on the gulf coast of Florida, I have them bottom painted, and I want to pull it this week for the first time to pressure wash the toons, They don't feel to bad, but I can feel the little stubbles. Also, any good way to lift it...
I just got my new Bennington yesterday, I am noticing that the subwoofer is working, but doesn't produce a lot of base. I turned the sub volume all the way up, and its still lacking. I am guessing they do not adjust the gain on the amplifier at all when then install? I was going to adjust it...
yeah, it is a tough call. I ordered her today with the 150 after lots of talking and going back and forth with various boat owners today, While I like the idea of the 200, had it before and know its great, I found out a lot about the 150 , more today than I expected. I outfitted her wit ha SS...
Im sure its here, but I looked and didn't find much, so here is the question , again LOL. I am about to order a new L Series 23 foot quad bench model. I have it well appointed and I am trying to decide between the 150 or 200. Now, my previous Benny had the F200, great motor. But I used that...
They turned on with the tow kick lighting and speakers I believe. the should be plugged in. Look under them and see if they have the wiring. They did install some lighted type cupholders in mine that actually didn't light up, it was an error. Are you sure you have the option on the boat...
I would check the fuses. Also, all the wiring for the RGB system is right behind the helm, on mine there is a door to get in there, I would check and see if the connector came out. If you store things in there, like I do, it possible you could have knocked a connector loos our out.
Do you have the RGB system as well? If so, you need to have that on as well. You will have a knob to control the lights, to turn on, press and hold the knob in...that needs to be on, then you can switch on the mood lights and the under water lights.
Here is what I have right now, I called the dealer and asked what they put on. I currently have an aluminum 17P prop. With 2 adults on the boat, I topped out at 42-43 MPH. Yesterday, with 4 adults and 2 kids, I topped out at 35-36 MPH, RPM was 5600-5800 it looked like. So those are my...
So I am going to get an SS prop, I was looking at the Yamaha Reliance. I did the prop selector, it gave me 2 choices, both 14.5 diameter, but different pitches, one 14 and one 15.
How do I choose? Again, please forgive me, all my other boats were twin engine cruisers with BIII out drives, same...
