Todays lesson is ....... Check in for good info ....

This is the best demonstration I've seen to show what happens to an improperly loaded trailer. Remember when you boat is full of fuel, you put the anchor behind the axle along with a giant cooler full of ice, etc. you are changing the load of your trailer. Happy towing! The video Steve

Portable washdown crapped out .... recommendations?

This isn't the most beautiful way but I took a 1000gph bilge pump, hooked a 25 ' garden hose to it, added some wire, plug it into the lighter and wash away. Roll it up and stow it when done. Steve

How old are you, and still ski?

Okay I stand corrected, I had said our youngest was 2.5 when he learned to ski, found the photo on his second time up and my wife pointed out he was a few weeks from being 3. Oh well, here is second time up :)  This kid is now 6'3" and 25, hard for me to believe. Steve

Anyone install a TV on their Benny?

Yea, we have only done this a few times to watch sporting events while on a local sandbar/island. Works great, the antenna and receiver may be a little expensive for the occasional use but for me, I already have it in a rv. Good luck, Steve

Anyone install a TV on their Benny?

I do not have one " installed" but a couple times I have had one onboard running on a small Honda generator and using our portable Dish satellite receiver from our motor home. Works great! btw: you can pay one month at a time and disconnect service any time with Dish Network. Steve

How old are you, and still ski?

Spent a lot of time on the water skiing, used to slalom trick ski (a few toe hold tricks, wake tricks), slalom skied at 22 off (could make a couple balls at 28 off, had an accufloat slalom course in front of our house), barefooting was just something to do (its really not that difficult IMO...

Has anybody heard of this Pontoon boat company?!?

Maybe Bennington should offer a *optional* aluminum floor, make the hollow areas foam filled, that would reduce noise as well. I like the idea of an aluminum floor. I also like the idea of carbon fiber or kevlar logs...that would be expensive :) Steve

Lake Moultrie, Lake Marion in SC

I can't answer how they do it, they just do. The rate does decline as the vehicle/boat/rv depreciates but only about 5% per year for the first 10 years. I know our real property tax is fair when compared to the northern states, but, you must also realize our house hold income is *much* less than...
