2004 Bennigton tri toon performance propped wrong?

I run at 6000-6100 rpm with the top in the trailer position. Our boat is an 07 built in 06. Our original prop was a Solas 15 1/4 x 15p aluminum.
 
OK i ran mine with the top rolled up, but not laying down flat on the sunpad and full tank of gas - toons are clean but not polished. I have a 15 x 15 solas aluminum (I would guess a 15 1/4 x 15 would lower my RPM). I only get ~ 5500 (i can get to 6000 by trimming, but I slow down). Do you remember what RPM the solas ran on your boat?
 
That was 5 years ago and I don't remember, but the reason I got rid of it was the midrange/cruising performance. I love the Enertia.

I assume this is second hole from the top where the motor mounts, not counting up from bottom /  prop correct?  Mine is on the first hole
 
I have 1 hole worth of space between the transom and the top of the motor bracket.
